RATES: March-May (ex. Memorial Day weekend): $70/nite, 140/3-nite week-end, 420/week* June-October (ex. holiday weekends): 80/nite, 160/3-nite week-end, 480/week* November-March – without water (ex. holiday weeks) 60/nite, 120/3-nite week-end, 360/week*
Holiday weeks/week-ends): 90/nite, 180/3-nite week-end, 560/week*
*Based on 1-2 person occupancy Children under 5 free $25 additional per- person fee/ night (2 cots available)
50% of rent due upon making reservation Cancellations with less than 14-day notice forfeit rent paid. Cancellations with more than 14-day notice will be refunded one night’s deposit minus $25 cancellation fee. A $100 security deposit will be held until cleared after checkout. Minimum stay: 2 nites
