Campground Rules1. Quiet Hour:
a. 11:00pm to 7am
b. All minors must be on their lots at 11pm
c. Parents will be responsible for the actions and damages caused by their children.
2. Golf Carts:
a. Ages 8-11 may drive with an adult
b. Ages 12-18, parents are responsible.
c. After dark golf carts must have reflectors and lights on.
d. All passengers must be seated with a maximum of 5 passengers. (unless accompanied by an adult)
e. Ride at your own risk. Campground is not responsible.
f. Proof of insurance is required for golf carts.
3. Bicycles:
a. Reflectors and lights on after dusk.
b. Motorcycles, Mopeds, and Scooters:
c. Allowed only to drive to and from campsite.
d. Must have written permission slip (Keep with registration papers on bike).
e. ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Mini Bikes and Go Karts are prohibited.
4. Cars and Trucks:
a. No riding on the outside of the vehicle (fenders, hoods, trunks, etc.)
b. Speed limits are 10 mph.
5. Pets:
a. Must be on leash or under owners’ control (invisible fence).
b. If they make a mess, please clean it up.
c. If you leave, dogs must be put inside or taken with you. If they continually bark and cause a disturbance to other campers, they will not be allowed.
d. No pets allowed in restrooms or on beach.
6. Alcoholic Beverages:
a. Alcohol is not permitted outside of your campsite. Absolutely no alcohol in any public area.
b. Misuse of alcohol will not be tolerated.
7. Bathrooms & Showers:
a. An adult must accompany children under 10.
b. Thank you for helping us keep them clean.
8. Firearms:
a. Firearms or weapons of any type are not permitted without approval.
9. Campsites:
a. Annual members:
- Campsites need to be cleaned of fall and winter debris by Memorial Weekend.
- Campsite cleanup is offered for a fee. (Contact us for a quote.)
- One trailer, one deck, one shed, one screen room (not building), one fire pit, one tent per site are allowed.
(A pop up is not considered a tent.)
- All NEW structures must be approved by management
- Campsites need be kept clean and everything stored away neatly!!
b. All other campers:
- One family per site (one camper and a tent or two tents.
- A portable screen room is also allowed.
10. Fires:
a. Campfires are allowed inside fire ring.
b. Before burning please have a means of extinguishing nearby. (By Law, you are responsible!)
c. Fires are to be supervised at all times!Please have all fires extinguished before you retire.
d. Please notify us prior to leaf burning.
11. Cutting Trees is not allowed, dead or alive.
a. You may use small (1” diameter) dead branches that you can break with your hands in your fire.
b. Firewood will be for sale at the office.
12. Fences:
a. No Fences allowed without permission.
b. The only fences that we will allow are rustic looking.
13. Guest Fees:
a. Daytime guests must register at the office (no fee for daytime guests).
b. Overnight guests must register at the office. ($5.00 per person)
14. Trash:
a. All trash must be bagged and put into the dumpster upon departure.
b. Large Items are not allowed!! Lawnmowers, tires, etc. (fines will apply)
15. Music:
a. Please respect your neighbor. Keep volume reasonable.
b. If there are complaints, you will be asked to turn it off.
16. Risk & Danger:
a. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking and swimming at the Campground or of being injured as a result of inclement of weather conditions, and agrees that the Campground and its owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
b. Management reserves the right to regulate and evict anyone for infraction of park rules without refund.
