Cabin Rates

• Cabin RATES:

   

  This is a non-smoking No pet cabin

   

  March-May (ex. Memorial Day weekend):  $65/nite, 160/3-night week-end, 400/week*

   

  June-October (ex. holiday weekends):           70/nite, 180/3-night week-end, 420/week*

   

  November-March –  without water                60/nite, 120/3-night week-end, 360/week*

   

   Holiday weeks/week-ends:                          $75/night, 200/3-nite week-end, 475/week*

   

   

   *Based on 1-2 person occupancy (one double bed) $10 additional per- person fee/ night (2 cots available). Children under 5 free.

   

   50% of rent due upon making reservation

  Cancellations with less than 14-day notice forfeit rent paid.

  Cancellations with more than 14-day notice will be refunded one night’s deposit minus     $25 cancellation fee.

  A $100 security deposit will be held until cleared after checkout.

  Minimum stay:  2 nights
